Polaris Bank has been named the Sectoral Winner in the Banking and Other Financial Institutions Sector at the 2024 NECA Annual Employers’ Excellence Awards. The award, held recently at the Balmoral Convention Centre in Ikeja, recognized the bank for its innovative human resources practices, marking its first accolade in Human Resources Management.
This recognition reaffirms Polaris Bank’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture that values people, innovation, and leadership. The NECA Excellence Awards celebrate organizations excelling in leadership, HR management, corporate governance, ESG practices, and technological innovation, among other areas.
