The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has revoked the Air Operator Certificates of Eastwind Aviation Logistics Services Limited and Omni-Blu Aviation with immediate effect.
In an official statement on X, the NCAA cited violations of Part 1.2.1.5 of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs), which strictly prohibits the falsification, reproduction, or alteration of applications, licenses, certificates, logbooks, reports, or records.
Reaffirming its commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, the Authority stressed that Part 1.2.1.5(b) of Nig. CARs mandates certificate revocation as the penalty for such infractions. The NCAA reiterated that adherence to aviation regulations remains crucial to maintaining transparency and operational integrity in Nigeria’s aviation sector.
