Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a private investor for the N15 billion Young Ranchers Agricultural Cluster Development Programme.
The initiative, targeting youth empowerment through agriculture, will establish clusters in each of the state’s three senatorial districts.
Per the agreement, investors will cultivate five hectares of land per cluster, with state-owned higher institutions serving as pilot beneficiaries.

Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, stated that the programme aims to provide practical farming experience for young people and agricultural training for students.
Additionally, host institutions will receive a share of the proceeds, supporting educational and agricultural development across the state.
