French engineering group Vallourec has secured a substantial order from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) for the supply of over 30,000 tonnes of carbon steel tubulars and accessories, reinforcing its long-standing partnership with the Emirati energy giant.rench engineering group Vallourec has secured a substantial order from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) for the supply of over 30,000 tonnes of carbon steel tubulars and accessories, reinforcing its long-standing partnership with the Emirati energy giant.
The order, announced Monday, includes Vallourec’s VAM premium connections and is part of an existing Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the supply of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) to Adnoc.
In addition to tubulars, Vallourec will provide a full suite of integrated services, including its VAM Field support and advanced digital solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of installation and maintenance operations.
“These services will ensure that Adnoc’s oil and gas fields operate with maximum efficiency,” the company stated.
The deal supports Adnoc’s strategic goal of increasing oil production capacity to 5 million barrels per day by 2027. To meet delivery requirements, Vallourec will manufacture the components across its facilities in Brazil, China, and Indonesia.
