Dr. Leo Stan Ekeh, Founder & Chairman of Zinox Technologies, has emphasized that Nigeria must prioritize uninterrupted power supply to successfully achieve digital transformation.
Speaking through Mr. Chris Uwaje, pioneer of Nigeria’s National I.T Policy, at the Institute of Change Management (ICM) annual conference in Lagos, Ekeh noted that digital transformation is impossible without abundant, reliable energy.
“Power supply is the backbone of the future of digital transformation,” he said, stressing that Africa must invest in energy infrastructure to sustain innovation, productivity, and competitiveness in an AI-driven world.
Ekeh highlighted that with the rise of artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and rapid technological disruptions, African nations must adopt bold, innovative strategies to remain competitive. He urged leaders to embrace creativity, resilience, and merit-driven governance to build sustainable societies.
According to him, “The future belongs to those prepared to navigate its complexities with courage, creativity, and resilience.”
The ICM President, Mr. Nat Osewele, added that the transformations initiated today will shape more inclusive and adaptive societies, urging leaders to design change models that drive long-term development.
The conference, themed “Navigating To The Future: Synchronising People, Processes And Technology For The Next Era of Change,” also featured panel discussions on digital transformation, agility, and exhibitions.
