Organizers of the 2025 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) have announced the details of the upcoming conference program.
The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) revealed that the event, scheduled for May 20–22 in Geneva, will feature topic-based presentations and discussions across three main stages.
The first stage will focus on operational topics, integrating the Air Ops event into the EBACE format. Sessions will cover the work of ground handlers, airports, FBOs, trip planners, and aircraft operators.
Industry experts from organizations such as NetJets, OpsGroup, and Airlec Ambulance are slated to speak.
The second stage will emphasize innovation, spotlighting discussions on advanced air mobility, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and compliance with decarbonization policies. Confirmed speakers include leaders from Bombardier, 4Air, and Azzera, who will share insights on future trends and sustainable practices in aviation.
The third stage, hosted by Flight Daily News, will explore current business aviation news and other pressing industry topics.
“2025 marks a turning point for EBACE, and we’re excited to offer an elevated experience for the entire business aviation community,” said EBAA COO Robert Baltus.
“Our improved conference agenda will deliver actionable content across three new stages, tackling the topics that matter most to our members.”
