EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede has officially handed over a confiscated estate consisting of over 750 luxury duplexes—previously owned by ex-CBN Governor Godwin Emefiele—to the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Musa Dangiwa.
These high-end housing units will soon be made available for purchase by Nigerians.
The Minister revealed that the sale will be conducted through a transparent and competitive process, with the Renewed Hope Portal serving as the official platform for registration and monitoring.
The government aims to recover public funds through the sale.
